Government

As a parliamentary democracy, it was also composed with military and civilian governments, since 1993 the military government starts with the fourth republic after presidential and parliamentary elections.

The constitution of 1992 is based on the division of powers through the president, parlament, cabinet, council of state and the independent judiciary.

The Universal Suffrage is the way the government is elected.

Also the government is also composed by the  administrative divisions, a judicial system and have a foreign relations. ​
